Giles Place is a five-storey red-brick office block on Princes Street, in the centre of Ipswich, converted into flats.
We supplied and installed new aluminium windows throughout the building, including the roof access hatches and the courtyard glazing, along with the AOV smoke vents.
The finished photos were taken on completion in December 2025, including drone shots of the roofline. Further down are photos from during the installation.
